Group Exercise Class Descriptions
All classes are FREE for members! We offer a variety of classes ranging from a mind and body challenging martial arts, to a sweat forming Spinning®. Come give them a try!
Barre Fusion: Ballet-inspired workout combined with Pilates and cardio to strengthen, tone and lengthen your muscles
Body Mind Ki *: This class is based on martial arts principles and philosophies and combines Chinese, Japanese, and American values and teachings to get you in a mindset for a healthy lifestyle.
Circuit Express: Total body conditioning at its best in 30 minutes! Focus is on strengthening your total body. Class is located on the gym floor.
Interval and Strength Training: This class strengthens your entire body and core by focusing on sculpting and strengthening your upper/lower body and abs by using free weights, stability balls, body weight and cardio drills.
Lean and Tone: Burn fat and build lean muscle in this strength conditioning class.
Spinning: Instructors guide participants through workout phases on the bike: warm up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool down.
TRX: Created by a Navy Seal, TRX is Suspension Training using bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Full Body Circuit: This challenging but fun class uses a circuit format with TRX exercises, cardio drills, strength and agility exercises.
