Our Kickboxing class will be be starting on Thursday July 1st at 7:00pm! Come mix up your traditional gym routine with this fun, high-intensity total body workout. You'll get a taste of traditional shadow boxing (no gloves or bags) and mixed martial arts inspired fitness moves. Tone your body and burn fat with challenging cardio endurance moves like high knees, kicking, and jumping, paired with strength-building bodyweight movements such as planks and pushups- you'll be hooked!
Those of all fitness levels are encouraged to try the class!
